RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

As all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final.

When your piece arrives
We want you to love what you receive. If anything isn’t right when your order arrives, or you simply want to share how it feels to wear it, please write to us at shop@jovanadjuric.com within 7 days of delivery. We read every message and will work with you personally to make it right.

Ring sizing
We recommend confirming your ring size before placing your order. Rings can’t be returned or exchanged, but we want you to be happy. If your ring is the wrong size, we’ll remake it for you so you can have a perfect stack.

To have your ring remade in a different size:

• There is a 25% restocking fee, based on the non-sale value of your ring.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the ring back to our studio.
• United States: a $20 flat shipping and packaging fee to send your new ring back to you.
• International: our standard international shipping rate for the order’s value to send your new ring back to you. Any duties or taxes on either shipment are your responsibility. When sending your ring back, mark the package “returned for repair” to help reduce customs charges.

All sale merchandise is final.
